We have had three solid days of rain in Colorado. Massive flooding is closing roads, some cities are now islands as all roads leading into an out of them are covered in water, culverts are collapsing and taking out roads, mobile homes have water in them and they sit way above ground, basements are flooding, walls of water are moving down the valleys when debris piles break free, streams out of their banks, reservoirs/dams are doing controlled releases because they are in danger of being over topped.......dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria. I've never seen this much rain at once in Colorado, I mean we are in a semi-arid desert for crying out loud. They say we have gotten 1/2 our annual rain fall total in just these last three days.
I'm thinking about building an Ark.
And then there is this. I was looking through the photos on the 9 NEWS website and came across this picture:
That's an alligator/crocodile if I'm not mistaken. I didn't know alligators/crocodiles lived in Denver. Maybe someone is pulling a fast one on 9 NEWS? The way the guy is looking at it I bet he just shit his shorts.
