Very funny vacation from Dr Grumpy. I just finished up a cruise with the family myself, where we ventured up the East Coast. A few years ago we also did a shorter cruise to Alaska starting in Seattle so some of what he talks about brings back good memories.

The crowd funded wall to keep the Burners out of San Francisco

The people left behind in San Francisco love this week of the year as they don't have to deal with all the burners so now someone has made a crowd funded project to keep the burners out once they leave. Pretty funny. Go take a look and see how much money has been pledged. Yes that is 7.3 billion dollars.

An African safari guide was killed by a lion while he was guiding a walking game tour with 6 tourists. A walking game tour in Africa doesn't sound like a good idea to me unless you are heavily armed. It doesn't say whether the guide was armed or not but if he was armed he didn't get a shot off. I wonder if the tourists collectively shat themselves when the guide was attacked.
