Interesting times we are living in. We'll just have to see how he governs I guess. He does have both houses though, so whatever happens it is all on the Republicans this time. If he follows through on campaign promises the construction industry in the southwest should see a huge boom with the wall, ISIS should be crapping themselves as they will be defeated in short order, all the illegal immigrants will be culled from our society and sent back to their places of origin and everyone will see huge tax drops.

A new poll out from FiveThirtyEight shows Donald Trump would win the election handily if only men voted. So now there is a Twitter hashtag #RepealThe19th which is trending and there are several women, not a majority but a few, who are so against Hillary that they are OK with having their right to vote taken away to see Trump elected. I don't know how prevalent it was in the 70's to move someone up into first class but today I'm pretty sure it's unheard of. I pose the question then, Did Donald Trump instruct the flight attendant to go get Ms. Leeds and bring her up to him? The flight attendant probably knew Donald Trump from his numerous times in first class for the airline and knew he spent a lot of money with the airline and felt compelled to honor his request. Just a theory but to me it makes sense and shows premeditation of the groping.

Two debates down and two to go. So far the Dems seem to have edged out the Repubs ever so slightly even though no knockouts were recorded.

Of course I think the American voter has been the loser throughout them though as you can't seem to be able to follow, as each of the debaters tries to talk over each other. I think for the last two debates the microphone for the person who is not supposed to talk should be silenced and possibly have electroshock devices attached to the debaters to silence them when they try to speak out of turn.

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—President Barack Obama defended his decision on Wednesday to issue a payment of five billion dollars to Mexico to compel that nation to retain custody of Donald J. Trump.

The payment, which will be delivered to the Mexican government in hard American currency by Wednesday afternoon, will insure that Trump will remain in Mexico for the rest of his natural life.

“I have been assured by the government of Mexico that Mr. Trump will be well taken care of and, if he proves to be a productive member of their society, will be provided a pathway to Mexican citizenship,” Obama said.

While the transfer of funds to Mexico sparked howls of protest from some Trump supporters, it was hailed by congressional Democrats, as well as by over a hundred Republicans currently running for reëlection, including Arizona Senator John McCain.

The President bristled at the suggestion that paying Mexico to keep Trump was “reverse ransom” and an extravagant use of taxpayer money. “There is only one accurate word for this payment: a bargain,” he said.

Election Rigging

This article is a little disturbing as to how our election machines could be hacked. Kind of long but a good read. It seems to me that the optic scanners like they have in Colorado for the mail in ballots are the best way to go as a hand recount can be done with the paper ballots that are fed through the machine. The thing I wonder about though is the auditing of those paper ballots, is it actually being done? It seems like a tedious task but one that is essential to make sure the election process is not being hacked or rigged.
