Myself, I think natural born means born on US soil which can mean military bases overseas or consulates/embassies overseas as they are considered US soil. Now because your parents are US citizens I think that gives you the right to be a US Citizen without going through the naturalization process but it would disqualify you from being President.
Another of the commenter's came up with a scenario that a person is born to US citizens in Saudi Arabia and then becomes radicalized during their formative years and then comes back to the US as a Manchurian candidate, would you want that person to be President and my answer is no. Now of course a US born baby could do the same I suppose but I think the situation would be more easily exposed.
