Wilbur Ross is quite the idiot.
He doesn't understand why the furloughed federal workers need to go to food banks. He thinks the banks will loan money to people that are probably already maxed out with mortgages, car loans, student loans, etc.
How 'bout this Wilbur, you're a billionaire why don't you loan your money to the furloughed federal workers? Seems to work, you make a little interest and you help out your fellow man. Of course you will probably get stiffed by at least 10% maybe more of the people you make loans to which is why the banks won't make the loans.
