One of my pet peeves are highway drivers who will not do the speed limit when it's 75 MPH but will do 10 over the speed limit in a 55 MPH zone. If you are willing to do 10 MPH over in a 55 MPH zone then you should be willing to do 10 MPH over in a 75 MPH zone. The ticket is the same 10 MPH over the limit but you show your ignorance of this simple fact by doing one but not the other.
Myself I like to do about 4 MPH over the speed limit in all my highway driving. From the few tickets I have gotten when I didn't follow the above I have noticed there is no box for 1-4 MPH over the speed limit. No box, No ticket.
