An actual email exchange:
Me:Is there a reason for our division getting charged $281.00 and $2,107.50 for calendars, see attached? The $281.00 seems high as we only got 60 calendars and at $2.68/ea. that would be $160.80.
Is the $2,107.50 charge supposed to go to *another division*?
Why are we the only division in *My Company* getting charged? All the other charges are for *Parent Company* offices.
Please advise as soon as possible.
Them:Per *Name Redacted* all of the *My Company* calendars were to be coded to *My Division*. See attached file of offices that received calendars for *My Company*. Might help in doing a DTR. If that number is incorrect, then a DTR would need to be done correct it.

Me: I don’t see a *Name Redacted* in the email directory. How can I reach him.
Them: You can’t – he was terminated last Monday.
I laughed my ass off when that last email came in. No help in trying to figure the problem out just a statement that someone who no longer works here decided to screw your division on his way out. And what the hell is a DTR?
