With Trump to declare a National Emergency on the southern border to get his fence that "Mexico Will Pay For" he might be allowing a Democratic President to declare a National Emergency on oh let say....

Declare a National Emergency on the state of health care and mandate Medicare For All
Declare a National Emergency on guns and put massive restriction on them
Declare a National Emergency on Climate Change and mandate alternative sources of fuel be used
Declare a National Emergency on Income Inequality and mandate a living wage for all
Declare a National Emergency on Water and Air Quality and prosecute polluters to make them stop
Declare a National Emergency on Civil Rights and arrest all the Alt-Rights and Christian groups that display hatred/violence to the LGBTQ+ community
Declare a National Emergency on unfair taxes and start taxing the 1%ers earnings at high rates
Declare a National Emergency on campaign finance and declare that Citizen's United is no longer valid
Declare a National Emergency on college education and make college education free for all

I think where you see this going. I hope Congress challenges this Emergency Declaration as it can only lead to further problems. The above need to be debated in Congress where a compromise can be reached for the betterment of America.
