"What I’m hearing most though from the Project Managers is that today’s business is done almost exclusively through email and you must retain those emails until the warranty period expires(3 years after completion of project) to be able to take care of the all the problems that crop up. The Mothership needs to understand that this way of business is the future and they need to expect that email storage will need to be expanded to accommodate this new business model. (Wow don’t I sound all executive like(LOL).)"

Actually me and the corporate IT guy get along quite well............as long as I refer to him as a Deity or some godlike entity.
