She looks
normal enough to me. Of course I'm kidding, love the tat work on her neck and chest. The painting is also shown in the article linked to above and its an abstract piece of art. I suppose it could look like used toilet paper though if you have a little blood in your stool and that might have been the reason for her rubbing her butt against it and then urinating near it.
